Additional Information by cyclograph (5)   23/12/2004

This appears to be the initial release of what later became [V1025L]. This also was originally a DiscoVision project, as evidenced by the DiscoVision logo at the chapter points - though they are not mentioned anywhere in the credits or sleeve text.

The program makes extensive use of still frames, and though PSCs (picture stop codes) existed since the beginning of the Laserdisc spec, there are none set anywhere here - all navigation operations are completely manual.

This disc also has the odd feature of having no dead-side, in its place is just a plain transparent disc which gives a rather disturbing view of the adhesive compound between the sides.

My copy which has no Mint Marks and states on the labels and jacket "Manufacured by Optical Programming Associates." OPA was a joint venture between Pioneer, MCA Video, and Magnavox.

Includes double-sided insert with information on each of the 26 chapters of this disc.
