Special features include audio commentary, trailer. Ltd. edition Gold disc, with signed (by Lloyd Kaufmann) & numbered flyer (mine no.190), and a copy of "The Troma Times" from May 1998 Vol. 24 No. 3.

Interestingly, although this release features all uncut footage & scenes, they are not all edited together in the movie (ie. some are extras after it). The only release of the entire film in one edit was an accidental British VHS release circa 1996 (against censorship law!). It was hastily withdrawn.

Very sturdy, thick cardboard jacket reminiscent of Japanese pressings.

This is the best way to view The Toxic Avenger to date. The image quality of this LaserDisc SMOKES the 2 DVD WS release. I believe that whomever Troma gave the film to with this Widescreen LaserDisc release did some serious cleaning. The DVD transfer pales in comparison, with twice as much damage.

Laserdisc is listed as Green in promotional material, making it the only known Green laserdisc (even though the actual color is more gold, with a green tint).

This LD is presented in a Matted 'widescreen' version. The image is no wider than the other versions I have. Compared with the Original UK 4:3 version released on VHS and Beta by New Media Entertainment (NMEV6), and the 88 Films DVD (88FD163)

This LD is gold, when looked at in sunlight.

The front cover states 'Limited Gold Edition with Official Mini-Poster Signed and Numbered by Lloyd Kaufman'. Back cover also states the disc is gold. lncludes a copy of the Troma Times, a small 'I Love Toxie' sticker and a signed Toxic Avenger poster (mine is signed and numbered #713.
